About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve data center operations and reduce costs
    • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements
  • Vendor Management
    • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms
  • Process Improvement
    • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
  • Technical Expertise
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements
  • Education
    • College degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience
    • 5-10 years of experience in data center management, with a focus on operations and vendor management
    • Proven track record of improving efficiency and reducing costs
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
    • Experience with Service Now and Microsoft products
