About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at KNAAR RESTAURANTS CORP. As a Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
  • Load and unload dishwashers, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
  • Scour pots and pans to ensure they are clean and free of food residue
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, including work surfaces, cupboards, and storage areas
  • Handle and store cleaning products safely and efficiently
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation, as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as needed
