Job Summary:

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team in the Capital Markets division. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and mapping data to support business initiatives and regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the RRST team to build data provision, reporting, and controls solutions for bank regulatory services and other enterprise consumers.
  • Lead multiple projects across the RRST group, including regulatory reporting and internal data consumer initiatives across finance and enterprise.
  • Develop and maintain process flows and documentation using MS Visio and Confluence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
  • Design and implement data mapping and modeling solutions using SQL, XML, and FPML.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of Business Analyst experience with strong system analysis in a project-based environment.
  • 8+ years of Capital markets experience, including product knowledge and end-to-end life cycle knowledge.
  • Proficiency in SQL for analysis and testing.
  • Strong data analysis skills using MS Excel.
  • Experience with data mapping and modeling.
  • Knowledge of XML and FPML for mapping or modeling new fields or products.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence for ongoing documentation of requirements.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position that requires working onsite in Toronto, ON.
