This is an exciting opportunity for a senior transformation professional with in-depth experience of defining, structuring and mobilizing large-scale, complex IT Infrastructure initiatives.

About the Role:

">

We are seeking a highly organized and outcome-focused self-starter to join our team as a Transformational IT Infrastructure Director. In this role, you will be responsible for translating business needs into well-structured, integrated Tech Infrastructure (TI) Change-The-Bank programs which can then be incepted, delivered and assured 'end-to-end' to our lines of business ('LoBs').

You will collaborate with TI Architecture, Engineering Towers, Service and Business teams to define initiative definition, upfront requirements/CX capture and business analysis, deliver and monitor customer-centric delivery execution, oversight and cross-LoB visibility, help build, customize and apply the appropriate delivery methodologies and playbooks to effectively structure a given initiative, drive partnership and customer focus with our business stakeholders, align with TI global standards, maximize re-use and innovation, and support regional nuances where necessary. Ensuring resulting programs have appropriate and high quality governance and controls in place, applying appropriate standard methodologies, frameworks / playbooks, estimation and modelling techniques.

  • Develop and implement large-scale, complex IT Infrastructure initiatives that meet business needs and objectives.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver TI programs, ensuring alignment with business strategies and goals.">
  • Drive partnership and customer focus with business stakeholders, prioritizing their needs and concerns.">
  • Align TI programs with global standards, promoting re-use and innovation while supporting regional nuances.">
  • Evaluate and recommend best practices for program delivery, including methodology, frameworks, and estimation techniques.">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have highly organized and outcome-focused self-starting skills, comfortable with accountability for definition and execution of large, complex programs accompanied by advanced knowledge of change, constraint, dependency, issue and risk management. Expert knowledge of program plan development & management, scheduling methodology, critical path management, waterfall and iterative methodologies, program and project metrics, analysis, and status reporting is also required.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred, but not essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also required.
