We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Fitness Sales Manager to join our team at Elite Coaching. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role
  • Meet with potential clients to understand their fitness goals and provide personalized solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term retention and growth
  • Utilize our proven business systems to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of sales experience in a similar role
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Outstanding organizational skills and time management
  • Proven track record of hitting sales goals
  • Driven and hard worker with a passion for health and fitness
  • Positive attitude, outgoing, and high energy
  • Fluency in speaking French and English is essential
