We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Fitness Sales Manager to join our team at Elite Coaching. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

  • Meet with potential clients to discuss their health and fitness goals and provide personalized solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term retention and growth.
  • Work closely with our personal training team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Utilize our proven business systems to drive sales growth and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of sales experience in a similar role.
  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and time management.
  • Proven track record of hitting sales goals.
  • Driven and hard worker with a passion for health and fitness.
  • Positive attitude, outgoing, and high energy.
  • Fluency in speaking French and English is essential.
