Job Title: Jr. Scrum Master

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Jr. Scrum Master to join our team. As a Jr. Scrum Master, you will be responsible for managing the implementation and development of smaller applications within the BEES Ecosystem, working closely with the BEES Product Owner and the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project timelines and monitor progress
  • Align and communicate project deliverables with stakeholders
  • Manage project team progress in Azure DevOps
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine and maintain the product backlog
  • Help the project team with design and development tasks
  • Lead the process of issue identification and resolution
  • Foster partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and sponsors
  • Provide weekly communication and status updates

Requirements:

  • Experience or certification in project work, agile, or DevOps methodology
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Technical background or experience
  • Bilingual in French/English a strong asset
