About the Role:

  • We are looking for an individual with at least 7 months of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry.">
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.">
  • You will be responsible for training and developing our team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.">

Salary: The salary for this position is estimated to be between $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.">
  • Minimum 7 months of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry.">

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.">
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail, with accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.">
  • CPR and first aid certification an asset.">
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.">
  • Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.">
