Job Title: Registered Physiotherapist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Physiotherapist to join our team at Arvan Rehab Group. The successful candidate will work closely with residents in a Long Term Care setting in Tilbury, Ontario, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote mobility and overall health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough physiotherapy assessments and create treatment plans with measurable goals for residents.
  • Provide clinical physiotherapy treatments and educate residents and their families on healthcare management.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of treatments and progress reports for each resident.
  • Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
  • Supervise Physiotherapy Assistants and students/interns, providing clear instructions for rehabilitation programs.
Requirements:
  • Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and Professional License Insurance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a Retirement home is an asset.
  • ADP authorization is considered an asset.
  • Current police check for the Vulnerable Sector is required.
