Aplin is seeking a skilled Dental Claims Processor to join our team. As a key member of our claims team, you will be responsible for processing claims transactions, storing, updating, and retrieving financial data, administering policy changes, and providing clients with information. You will also be responsible for compiling and maintaining insurance data and records, as well as providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be a team player who is organized, efficient, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process claims transactions
  • Store, update, and retrieve financial data
  • Administer policy changes
  • Provide clients with information
  • Compile and maintain insurance data and records
  • Provide customer service

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
