At CPP Investments, we're seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner Associate to join our Management Analytics team. As a key member of our Finance department, you'll play a critical role in providing financial information and insights to support management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support investment performance analysis and decision-making.
- Collaborate with investing departments to provide financial information and insights to support business planning and strategy development.
- Design and implement data visualization tools to effectively communicate financial information to senior management.
- Support the development of self-serve capabilities and multi-dimensional reporting/dashboards to adapt to evolving analytics needs.
- Partner with Finance colleagues to develop and maintain financial systems and processes.
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in financial analysis within financial services or consulting.
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; professional designations (CFA, CPA, CIPM) are considered assets.
- Proven experience in SQL, Python, Tableau and/or Power BI is considered an asset.
- Strong presentation skills with experience building compelling presentation decks in MS PowerPoint.
- Highly organized, attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under pressure and with time-sensitive deadlines.
- Ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders and effectively project manage deliverables.
- Self-motivated, able to think critically and creatively, adaptable to changing priorities and new challenges.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as to perform effectively in a team-oriented environment.
