## Job Title: Executive Director

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at GF. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our company and driving sustainable growth and profitability.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage the company's budget to ensure profitability and financial sustainability
* Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve economic performance
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
* Implement crisis management and business continuity measures

### Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
* 5-10 years of experience in a management role in the industrial or institutional electricity sector
* In-depth knowledge of electrical industry regulations and standards
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
* Knowledge of MS Project (an asset)
* Strong command of written and spoken French
* Good command of written and spoken English (an asset)
