Loans Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Loans Advisor to join our team at Cold Iron Truck Center Inc. as a key member of our financial services team.
Key Responsibilities- Approve or reject loan applications, or recommend applications for approval or rejection, ensuring that all financial and regulatory requirements are met.
- Assist clients by proposing solutions to address their financial objectives, such as business expansion, debt management, investment, and other financial goals, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Complete credit and loan documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Forward irreconcilable accounts for collector action, taking prompt and decisive action to resolve any issues.
- Interview loan applicants, assessing their financial status, references, credit, and ability to repay loans, making informed decisions.
- Open new personal and non-personal accounts, providing access to automated banking machine, telephone banking, and online banking services, ensuring seamless customer experience.
- Prepare statements on delinquent accounts, taking proactive steps to resolve any issues and prevent further delinquency.
- Promote the sale of credit and loan services, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
- Research and evaluate loan applicants' financial status, references, credit, and ability to repay loans, making informed decisions.
- Review and update credit and loan files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Submit credit and loan applications to management, providing clear and concise recommendations.
- Network to develop business relations, promote the sale of loan, investment, and other banking services, and attract corporate and individual customers, building strong relationships.
