Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouseperson to join our team at Timberjack Building Supplies Ltd. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment
  • Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products
  • Ship orders and pick orders
  • Make labels and attach to goods
  • Provide customer service and respond to inquiries
  • Wrap goods, pack and unpack goods, sort, crate, and stack goods
  • Install, lash, and secure goods
  • Store cargo and materials and transport and distribute materials and goods
  • Organize and maintain inventory and handle hazardous products
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift over 45 kg (100 lbs)
  • Steel-toed safety boots and gloves required
Work Environment

Our warehouse is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will work outdoors, in dusty and noisy conditions. You will be required to wear steel-toed safety boots and gloves to ensure your safety.
