Job Title: Storekeeper

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Storekeeper to join our team at EASY LIQUOR EDSON INC. in a permanent position.

Job Summary:

The Storekeeper will be responsible for receiving, unpacking, and sorting incoming parts, supplies, and materials. They will also be responsible for storing items in the warehouse, tool room, or supply area, and transporting and distributing materials and goods. Additionally, the Storekeeper will maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory, and operate a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials
  • Store items in the warehouse, tool room, or supply area
  • Transport and distribute materials and goods
  • Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory
  • Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products
  • Load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Sort, crate, and stack goods
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads
Working Conditions:

The Storekeeper will work in a warehouse environment with air conditioning. The position requires standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.
