Executive Chef and Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team and ensure seamless food preparation and service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing kitchen operations, supervising staff, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient kitchen workflows to meet work schedules and deadlines.
- Coordinate the purchasing and requisitioning of food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, maintaining quality control standards.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform budgeting and cost estimates.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management, detailing kitchen operations and performance metrics.
This is a permanent, part-time role, with 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
