Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at MacEwen Hanover. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Operate cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements:

  • 1-6 months of retail sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
