About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at MacTavish Energy Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing advice and recommendations on our products and services.
  • Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions, handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory levels, restocking shelves, and ensuring a well-organized store environment.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in displaying merchandise in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Advisory Services: Provide advice on products, services, and promotions to customers.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be efficient, organized, and reliable.
