About the Role

CLEAResult is a leading provider of energy efficiency solutions, and we are seeking a highly skilled Energy Efficiency Specialist to join our team. As an Energy Efficiency Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission of creating a sustainable, equitable, and carbon-neutral energy-efficient future for our communities and our planet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate residential homes to recommend energy-saving upgrades, including new appliances, insulation, and HVAC systems, in accordance with program guidelines.
  • Advise homeowners on energy-saving tips and strategies to reduce their energy consumption.
  • Install energy-saving products, such as light bulbs and aerators, to help homeowners reduce their energy usage.
  • Travel throughout British Columbia to conduct energy evaluations and provide energy-saving solutions to homeowners.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in energy evaluations and energy-saving solutions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Familiarity with energy conservation programs and building science.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Building science and home inspection experience an asset.
  • Construction/Building envelope courses an asset.
  • HVAC experience and F280 knowledge an asset.
