We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Support Professional to join our team in Lower Mission, Kelowna. As a member of our support team, you will provide high-quality care to clients with complex needs, including those with seizure disorders and developmental delays.

About the Role

This full-time position involves providing one-on-one care in a home environment, supporting clients with their daily needs and promoting independence. We offer on-the-job training and ongoing support to ensure your success in this rewarding role.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $38-$43 per hour, recognizing prior experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, we offer:

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A current practicing registration with BCCNM
  • Valid CPR 'C' / BLS certification or better
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
