We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Insurance Administrative Associate. This is a hybrid role that offers a unique blend of remote and in-office work.

  • Assisting in management agent licensing
  • Cross-department communications
  • Invoice processing
  • Swags coordination
  • Service requests

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Well-organized
  • Professional, pleasant, and empathetic
  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm/ (am to 5pm
