Key Responsibilities- Prospect new clients to discuss risk management and financial goals, and conduct reviews to empower informed decision-making.
- Cultivate community relationships to enhance agency visibility and maximize new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute business, operational, and marketing plans to support sustainability strategies.
- Recruit and select talent, coach and mentor employees, and manage team performance to achieve agency goals.
- Maintain required licenses, ensure ethical behavior, and comply with corporate policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
- Regular travel to meet with clients and community members in their environment.
- Requirement to have a valid driver's license, insurance, and own vehicle.
- Confidentiality and discretion are essential when supporting clients experiencing personal or financial loss.
- Subject to a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check.
- 3-5 years of management experience in the insurance industry or related business experience.
- Post-secondary education in a related field.
- Life licence, General Insurance licence, and Mutual Funds licence.
- Completed or working toward a professional designation such as CFP, CLU, CHFC, or accredited Financial Planning Designation.

Expected Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 + commission
