Marketing Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Wonderland Home Day Care Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our services and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Design and create marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and social media content
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform future strategies
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP degree in Marketing or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS Office and MS Windows proficiency
  • Experience with social media marketing and online advertising
  • Knowledge of market research and analysis techniques
