Marketing Specialist Job Description

4Blind Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns to promote our brand and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence and online content.
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to engage with our audience.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance to inform future marketing decisions.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.
