Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Trading Project Manager to lead the delivery of our Hosted/SaaS trading software to clients in North America.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects, handling project life cycles, client requests, and change requests.
  • Create reporting to ensure transparency with clients and senior management.
  • Collaborate with development teams and product teams for each delivery.
  • Participate in testing and certification processes.
  • Identify improvement areas and propose solutions.
Technical Requirements

The ideal candidate should have basic technical competencies, including connecting to environments, starting and stopping components, downloading log files, and performing basic tests.

Requirements
  • Good knowledge of project management principles, processes, and challenges.
  • Understanding of project pitfalls and politics.
  • General IT knowledge: Linux OS, databases (Oracle and Postgres), software development lifecycle, Agile methodology.
  • Strong team spirit, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about our software and business domain.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in trading and financial markets (FIX protocol, trading workflow).
  • Good understanding of trading systems (connectivity gateways, frontend, backend, middle, and back offices).
Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
