About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Golden Links Lodge Personal Care Home. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing assessments, and developing care plans.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate resident care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure resident-centered care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nursing education program.
  • Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba (CLPNM).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
