About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction and Development Coordinator to join our team at Good Shepherd Centres. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in coordinating development and construction projects, managing budgets, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate development and construction projects, including site planning, budgeting, and project scheduling.
  • Manage project documentation, including permits, licenses, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and city authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with construction safety regulations and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and city officials.
  • Provide support to the project manager in ensuring project delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in construction and development coordination or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
