Strategic Leader, Dealer Engagement and Deployment

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Dealer Engagement and Deployment team. As a key member of our In-Store Systems Solutions team, you will be responsible for establishing a strategic direction for the team and ensuring a comprehensive project plan is designed and executed to meet our key objectives for ISS deployment.
Key Responsibilities- Create a high-performing environment by leveraging leadership, coaching, and communication skills to drive results and achieve goals.
- Establish goals and key performance indicators for the ISS Engagement and Deployment team and monitor progress and effectiveness.
- Engage with dealers and store staff to provide education on system capabilities, evaluate system fit, build trust, and drive adoption.
- Accountable for in-store systems adoption across a broad and varied dealer community.
- Develop plans for the ISS Dealer Engagement and Deployment team in alignment with the enterprise planning process strategy.
- Prepare annual budgets for the ISS Dealer Engagement and Deployment team and identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and productivity improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Project Management, with PMP certification preferred.
- Five to ten years of experience in a retail management capacity, with a successful track record of leading and motivating teams to deliver results.
- Expertise with technology system functionality required by hardware and building material retailers.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop and deliver project plans.
- Expertise in standard retail operating procedures, training, and change management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Ability to create a strategic direction for the team and take accountability for results.
