Senior Manager, Dealer Engagement and Deployment Specialist

We're seeking a strategic leader to join our team as a Senior Manager, Dealer Engagement and Deployment. As a key member of our In-Store Systems Solutions team, you will be responsible for establishing a comprehensive project plan to drive key objectives for ISS deployment. Your expertise in technology system functionality and retail operations will be invaluable in driving continuous improvement in sales, retail, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Create a high-performing environment by leveraging leadership, coaching, and communication skills to drive the ISS Dealer Engagement & Deployment team's success.
- Establish goals and key performance indicators for the ISS Engagement & Deployment team and monitor progress while providing support and guidance.
- Engage with dealers and store staff to provide education on system capabilities, evaluate system fit, build trust, and drive adoption.
- Accountable for in-store systems adoption across a broad and varied dealer community.
- Develop a plan for the ISS Dealer Engagement & Deployment team in alignment with the enterprise planning process strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Project Management, with PMP certification preferred.
- Five to ten years' experience in a retail management capacity, with a successful track record of leading and motivating teams.
- Expertise in technology system functionality required by hardware and building material retailers.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop and deliver a project plan.
- Excellent communicator with demonstrated competency in both oral and written communications.
