Job Summary

The Transportation Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our transportation services, ensuring compliance with regulations and maximizing revenue. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and dispatching vehicles and goods.
  • Prepare reports for senior management on key performance indicators, such as revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure transport compliance with regulations, including record-keeping and monitoring of hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
  • Oversee the setting of transportation service rates and monitor revenue to ensure optimal pricing.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a transportation management role.
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position, working 30 to 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
