Principal Investigator in Oncology Research

We are seeking an experienced Senior/Principal Scientist, CMC Radiochemistry to join our innovative CMC Radiochemistry group. As a member of our team, you will contribute to the development of novel radiolabeled diagnostic compounds for both pre-clinical and clinical applications.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Define project goals and timelines, supervising junior radiochemists and driving process improvements. Develop quality control procedures, analytical methods, and specifications for radiopharmaceutical drug products in coordination with analytical chemists and external partners (CROs, CDMOs). Author and review technical documents (SOPs, reports, test methods, regulatory documents), ensuring compliance with radiation safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
A Sc. in Radiochemistry, Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Nuclear Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in analytical methods like HPLC, radio-HPLC, radio-TLC, and quality control for radiopharmaceutical production. Strong project leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proven experience working in managing cross-functional projects with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
