Job Title: Senior Financial Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Manager to join our team at J. Garnons Williams Ltd. As a Senior Financial Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the organization's financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign financial projects and activities to workers to improve business decisions
  • Coordinate financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance
  • Evaluate daily operations and identify areas for improvement
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Review budgets and financial reports for specific projects
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Monitor financial control systems
  • Manage contracts and oversee the collection and analysis of financial data
  • Advise senior management and manage cash
  • Oversee payroll administration and liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in finance
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Finance, general
