Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Atlantik Quality Care. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility.
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients, engaging them in activities and conversations.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Assist clients with medication management and administration.
  • Document client care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Health Care Aide or Personal Support Worker certification.
  • Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
