Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Atlantik Quality Care. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Support clients with regular exercise, such as walking, to maintain their physical health.
  • Change non-sterile dressings and provide wound care as needed.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensuring clients receive adequate nutrition.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting their mental well-being.
Requirements:
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Health Care Aide Certificate
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate
  • Criminal record check
Work Environment:

As a Personal Support Worker, you will work in a variety of settings, including rural and urban areas, and may be required to travel to different locations. You will work independently, but also as part of a team, to provide comprehensive care and support to our clients.
