About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transportation Project Manager to join our team at GHD. As a key member of our Transportation Group, you will be responsible for managing large-scale transportation infrastructure projects from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams in the design and management of transportation infrastructure projects, including highways, roads, and bridges.
- Develop and implement project management plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to intermediate and junior staff, promoting best practices and professional development.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal development and client relationship management.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Ontario Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility.
- 10+ years of experience in transportation infrastructure project management, including design and engineering.
- Experience working with municipal transportation clients in Western Ontario.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop professional technical staff.
