Job Title: Software Developer - Back End

At Randstad Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer - Back End to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our back-end systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable, efficient, and secure back-end systems using.NET Framework, C#, and Azure DevOps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure high-quality code.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in developing back-end systems using.NET Framework, C#, and Azure DevOps.
  • Expert-level understanding of SASS, CSS, including Flexbox.
  • Experience in programming and analysis; specialized software package support at the specified experience level.
  • Ability to collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Experience in structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation, and maintenance of applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with middleware and gateways.
  • Reviewing, analyzing, and modifying product installation scripts.
  • Providing post-implementation support.
  • Conducting design walkthrough sessions.
  • Knowledge of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related standards.
