Job Summary

We are seeking a Merchandise Processing Associate to create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors, and Team Members. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Process and prepare merchandise for sale, including sorting, pricing, and displaying items
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and safety protocols
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment
