Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead a team of 5-10 staff members in preparing and portioning food, while maintaining a fast-paced environment.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare reports as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
