Job Responsibilities

This Resident Experience Coordinator role requires you to maintain quality and resident satisfaction standards at Parkland on Eglinton West, while ensuring service delivery meets established brand standards. You'll also oversee the orientation of new residents and direct the safety & wellness culture of the housekeeping team.

About You

We're looking for someone with a University Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or similar education. Previous experience in a marketing and administrative role within Hospitality or Seniors Living environments is essential, as is passion for working with seniors and experience in Dementia Care.
