Automotive Finance Manager

O'Regan's Automotive Group is seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Manager to drive our sales and finance operations forward. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping our customers navigate the financing process and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough credit analyses to determine customer creditworthiness and identify financing options.
- Prepare and present loan agreements, Department of Motor Vehicle registrations, and other transaction documents to customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with lenders to secure favorable financing terms and rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain our dealership's reputation and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales, finance, and customer data.
- Proven experience in finance, insurance, or credit with a strong understanding of financial software and systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
