Financial Services Director

O'Regan's Automotive Group is seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Manager to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for helping customers navigate the financing process and providing personalized solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough credit assessments to determine customer creditworthiness and identify financing options.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their financial goals and preferences, and provide tailored financing solutions.
- Prepare and present loan agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly understood by the customer.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the financing process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and best practices are maintained.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the sales process.
- Proven experience in financial services, with a strong understanding of credit assessment and financing options.
