Key Responsibilities- Customer Onboarding
- Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding plans to ensure seamless integration of our solutions
- Establish strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and challenges
- Provide expert guidance and support to help customers get the most out of our products and services
- Technical Support
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Account Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our solutions, driving revenue growth and customer loyalty
- Education
- University degree in a related field (e.g. computer science, business administration)
- Experience
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the technology industry
