Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Labourer to join our team at CTC Golf and Turf. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, raking and collecting refuse, removing litter and garbage, and operating and maintaining landscape maintenance equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including laying sod or seed, planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees, and watering and tending to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and other machinery.
  • Perform manual labour tasks, such as raking, collecting refuse, and removing litter and garbage.
  • Work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, often in varying weather conditions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, handling heavy loads and bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week.
