Shariff Investments is seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious School Bus Driver to transport students to and from school. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of students, while also maintaining a clean and well-maintained vehicle.
Key Responsibilities- Transportation Operations: Operate school buses to transport students to and from school, following established routes and schedules.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
- Student Safety: Ensure the safety of students at all times, including during boarding and exiting the bus, and while crossing streets.
- Communication: Report any delays, mechanical issues, or accidents to the transportation department in a timely manner.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in school bus operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn the skills required for this role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
