Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Transportation Professional to join our team at CB Canada. As a School Bus Driver - Community Transport Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe transportation of our most precious cargo - our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a school bus in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and school staff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable transportation experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as child safety, emergency procedures, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of transportation services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to promote a positive and inclusive school culture.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • At least two years of experience in a related field, such as driving or customer service.
  • Ability to meet the minimum ministry requirements to obtain a bus license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
