Job Title: Director of Finance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to join our team at NPA WorldWide. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our global finance function and driving business growth through strategic financial planning and analysis.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results. You will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, managing financial planning and analysis, and providing financial guidance to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the global finance function and develop financial strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Provide financial guidance to senior leadership and support business decision-making
  • Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve financial performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
