About the Job

We are seeking an Internal Strategy Intern for a challenging experience-based internship to contribute to a groundbreaking project in AI.

You will have the unique opportunity to participate in a fully immersive internship where you will contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives within the organization.

This internship is designed to provide unparalleled experience in a high-growth, dynamic environment, directly interfacing with senior management and contributing to transformative strategic initiatives.

Job Description

The role involves assisting in the development and execution of internal strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals.

You will conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that drive growth and efficiency.

Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior management, monitoring and reporting on the progress of strategic projects to ensure alignment with objectives.

Requirements
  • Pursuing or recently completed a Master's level university program in fields such as Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with strategic planning and execution, including the ability to lead and manage projects.
Compensation

Our compensation package includes hourly pay (CAD $32-35/hour) in equity compensation.
