Job Description

Levio Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating our Agile project management processes and ensuring the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
  • Remove Barriers and Impediments: Identify and remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress and ensure that the team has the necessary resources to deliver high-quality results.
  • Coach and Mentor: Provide guidance and support to team members to help them improve their Agile skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project goals and objectives are met.
  • Monitor and Report: Track and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for process enhancements.
Requirements
  • Strong Agile Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Scrum and Agile principles, practices, and frameworks.
  • Experience with Agile Tools: Proficiency in using Agile tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
