Key Responsibilities- Recipe Development: Create and implement new recipes for our menu items, including cakes, pastries, and other baked goods.
- Bakery Management: Supervise and train our baking team to ensure that they are following proper procedures and meeting quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary materials to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our products meet our high standards.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our customers, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for baking and customer service.
