Overview

We've partnered with a globally recognized insurance brokerage to recruit a top-tier professional with in-depth knowledge of surety bonding. This exciting opportunity will involve working closely with the brokerage's clients to provide expert advice on commercial bonds, bid bonds, and other financial guarantees.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial statements, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. With a focus on delivering exceptional results, you'll be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient completion of bonds, gathering necessary information for bond generation, and liaising with surety companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and efficient completion of bonds
  • Gather necessary information for bond generation
  • Liaise with surety companies
  • PARTicipate in presentations to clients on how bonds can help their organization's success
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to generate and follow up on leads from other departments
  • Monitor annual and quarterly monitoring as required by Surety companies
  • Manage annual bid bond service fees
  • Act as the first point of contact for each assigned account
  • Oversee commercial bonds
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Level 2 Insurance License
  • At least 5 years of experience in surety/bonding
  • A strong understanding of financial statements
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A proven track record of building long-lasting business relationships
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and EPIC would be an asset
Salary and Benefits
